超薄全剪力墙高层建筑多方向倾倒控制爆破拆除
CONTROLLED BLASTING DEMOLITION OF A HIGH BUILDING WITH SUPER-THIN SHEAR-WALL STRUCTURE BY MULTI-DIRECTIONAL COLLAPSING

摘要(Abstract):

四平大楼是上海最早的高层建筑之一,结构特点无梁、无柱,全部靠15cm厚剪力墙支撑,非常罕见,这类结构的爆破拆除在我国尚属首次。首先从技术上解决了薄板钻孔爆破的难题;同时对相邻交通主干道、周边居民楼和管线进行了保护;特别是对一座形状不规则又没有倾倒场地的高层建筑采用四个方向定向倾倒的控爆技术,属国内外首创。文章详细阐述了复杂环境下超薄全剪力墙高层建筑拆除技术,为今后此类建筑的安全控爆拆除提供了成功的经验。
Siping Building is one of the high buildings built in earliest stage in Shanghai.Featuring beam-free,column-free and its whole weight being loaded on shear walls of 15cm thick,the building is a very unique one and its demolition by blasting is the first case in China.This article introduced the whole process of the blasting demolition of Siping Building by our Company.The demolition started with solving the technical difficulty of slab blasting by drilling,following that the neighboring traffic main streets and surrounding inhabitant buildings and pipelines were protected.The employment of unique controlled blas-ting technology of directional collapsing in four directions to demolish a building with irregular structure and limited collapsing fields was the only one so far in China.The article discussed in details the demolition technology of high buildings with super-thin shear wall under complicated environments and provided suc-cessful experiences for the safe controlled blasting demolition of such buildings in the future.
