摘要(Abstract)：

秦山二期扩建工程3#、4#机组负挖项目整个场地离1#、2#机组中心约350m,因开挖工程量较大,爆破震动危害对正在发电的1#、2#机组会产生严重的后果。为此,采用了爆破震动监测手段和比例药量控制方法来保证核电站爆破震动安全。文中详细介绍了秦山核电站二期扩建工程3#、4#机组负挖项目所采取的爆破震动安全控制措施。
