爆破拆除砖烟囱爆破切口范围的计算
CALCULATION ON GAP LENGTH OF BRICK CHIMNEY IN DEMOLITION BLASTING

摘要(Abstract):

结合拆除爆破工程实践,建立了砖烟囱爆破切口圆心角的计算公式.计算结果表明:圆心角随烟囱质量的增加而减小,随烟囱半径和壁厚的增加而增大,随砖与砂浆之间粘接强度的增大而增大.大部分砖烟囱爆破切口圆心角的变化范围为149~196,°,建议除质量特别小的烟囱外,砖烟囱爆破切口圆心角不宜大于180°.
Combining with the demolition engineering practice, the central angle of blasting gap of brick chimney demolition has been calculated. The calculating results indicate that the central angle increases with chinmey radius, wall thickness and tensile strength raising, and reduas with chinmey mass increasing. The central angle of blasting gap of brick chinmey demolition changes from 149 degree to 196 degree. At last, the proposal is that the central angle of gap of brick chimney demolition should not be over 180 degree, except for chimneyS with smaller mass.
