摘要(Abstract):
唐家山堰塞湖是2008年"5·12"汶川地震形成的最大的高危堰塞湖,其防洪度汛关系到堰塞湖下游和上游广大百姓的生命财产安全,是堰塞湖治理的重中之重。关系到安全泄洪的泄洪洞施工完毕后,泄洪洞进水口预留的挡水岩坎需在汛期来临之前拆除,以满足安全泄洪。针对挡水岩坎拆除工程地形地质条件与周边环境复杂、工期紧迫等特点,首先采用内外侧浅孔爆破使挡水岩坎瘦身,后采用横断面布置扇形深孔、两端光面爆破、抛掷爆破和松动爆破相结合,非电毫秒延时爆破并进行严密的安全防护,一次性成功地拆除了挡水岩坎。
Tangjiashan Barrier Lake is the largest dangerous one which was formed in "5.12"Wenchuan Earthquake in 2008.Control of flood is the most important to the barrier lake,which is related to lives of people and their properties in the downstream and upstream of the barrier lake.After the construction completion of spillway tunnel,in order to meet the safety of flood discharge,the reserved rock ridge of water intake in spillway tunnel should be demolished before the flood season.In terms of the characteristics such as complex topographic,geologic conditions,surroundings,and urgent construction period,first, shallow hole blasting in upstream and downstream two surfaces of the reserved rock ridge was used to reduce its width and height,then some techniques were conducted such as sector deep holes arranged on the cross section,combination of smooth blasting,casting blast,and loosen blasting,non-electric millisecond delay blasting,and rigorous safety protection,the reserved rock ridge was once demolished successfully.
