摘要(Abstract)：
为彻底消除安全隐患,稳定社会治安,围绕杭州市公安局2017年废旧炮弹集中销毁工作,从公共安全管理角度出发,针对废旧炮弹的收缴储存、销毁方案、现场作业安全管理等方面进行了探索和实践,能为类似工作的安全管理提供借鉴,具有一定的参考价值。
In order to eliminate the potential safety hazards and maintain social stability, this paper focuses on the destruction of discarded bombs of Hangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau in 2017. From the perspective of public security management, this paper has carried out beneficial exploration and practice on the security management of the collection and storage, destruction plan, site operations of the discarded bombs. It can provide the reference for similar work safety management, and has certain reference value.
