摘要(Abstract):
为了安全、高效地拆除砖结构烟囱,根据待拆烟囱与相邻建构筑物距离较近的情况,采用定向爆破拆除方案。将爆破切口位置布置在离地面高0.8m处,采用正梯形切口,通过精心设计和施工实现了烟囱准确定向倒塌。采取开挖减振沟、铺设缓冲垫层等措施减小振动,采用湿草垫、竹板对切口严密覆盖,防止爆破飞石的飞散。爆破未对周边建筑设施产生影响,取得了良好的效果,可为类似工程提供参考。
In order to remove brick structure chimney safely and efficiently,considering the distance is nearet of the chimney and adjacent structures,and the directional blasting demolition plan is adopted.The location of the blasting cut is arranged at 0.8 maway from the ground,and the trapezoidal incision is adopted.The precise directional collapse of the chimney is realized through careful design and construction.Take the excavating ditch,laying cushion and other measures to reduce the vibration,the wet grass mat,bamboo on wound tight cover,to prevent the spread of blasting slungshot.Blasting has not affected the surrounding construction facilities,and has achieved good results,which can provide reference for similar projects.
