摘要(Abstract):

针对大规模基坑群数量多、基坑开挖尺寸多样、爆破周边环境复杂及建基面质量要求高等难点,依托舟山绿色石化基地炼化园区基坑爆破工程,采用建基面复合消能爆破技术和精细爆破理念,陆续开展了多次生产性对比试验,结果表明,在超欠挖20 cm范围内,消能区相较于常规区占比平均值提幅6.2%;超欠挖20 cm以上区域,消能区相较于常规区占比平均值降幅13.4%;消能区岩体的平均损伤深度较常规区减少了21.4%。历时1年施工,大规模基坑群爆破开挖未对周边石油炼化装置造成任何影响,建基面总体合格率达到90%,可为类似大规模基坑爆破开挖提供借鉴。
For large-scale excavation group number, the size of the foundation pit excavation blasting foundation surface for the surrounding environment, complex and diverse, quality requirements higher difficulty, relying on Zhoushan green petrochemical base refining zone foundation pit blasting engineering, by using the regional surface composite can fine blasting technique and blasting concept, have carried out the productive test for many times, the results show that, within the scope of overbreak 20 cm. Compared with the conventional area, the average proportion of the energy dissipation area increased by 6.2%. Compared with the conventional area, the average proportion of energy dissipation area decreased by 13.4% in the area over 20 cm. The average damage depth of rock mass in the energy dissipation zone is reduced by 21.4% compared with that in the conventional zone. After one year of construction, large-scale excavation of foundation pit group blasting has not caused any impact on the surrounding petroleum refining and chemical plant, and the overall qualified rate of foundation surface reaches 90%, which can provide reference for similar large-scale excavation of foundation pit blasting.
