水下爆炸焊接有关技术试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

叙述了水下爆炸焊接的优点,介绍了国外几个发达国家在水下爆炸焊方面取得的成绩。结合具体的水下爆炸焊试验,指出了水下板与板之间的爆炸焊接时,如果不采取任何排水措施,有间隙的爆炸焊很难实现,无间隙的爆炸焊有成功的可能性;如果使用排水措施,水下爆炸焊的参数设置基本与陆上相同,而且能够成功地焊接两块板材。在水下管与管之间的爆炸焊时,不加排水措施可以实现连接,但如果想提高焊接质量,最好采用排水措施,并使用适当的工艺参数。
The advantages of underwater explosive welding were narrated and the achievements gained by the developed countries were introduced.Based on the experiment of underwater explosive welding,the conclusions were obtained that if drain measures were not taken,the welding with the interval setting between two plates would be very difficult to be achieved and the welding without the interval setting between two plates could be done;if drain measures were taken,the parameters of underwater explosive welding were same to them on land and the two plates could be successfully welded together.When welding two pipes under water,it can be achieved without drain measures.In order to improve the welding quality,it is suggested to take drain measures and choose the proper technological parameters.
