液态CO_2相变爆炸激发药剂的爆炸性与安全性Explosiveness and safety of liquid CO_2 phase change explosive excitant

摘要(Abstract):
为研究新研制的CO_2相变爆炸激发药剂的爆炸性与安全性,采用克南试验方法进行了激发药剂的爆炸性能测试,并分别用8号工业雷管和150~500 g膨化硝铵炸药,对直径50 mm和90 mm的2 kg塑膜包装激发药剂药卷进行引爆试验。试验结果表明,由高氯酸钾、水杨酸和草酸铵按照一定比例组成的激发药剂具有爆炸性,但其爆轰感度很低,不仅没有雷管起爆感度,而且无法用膨化硝铵炸药将其引爆,与粒状铵油炸药相比,爆轰感度低、安全性好。
In order to study the explosiveness and safety of the newly developed excitation agent for CO_2 phase change explosion, the explosive performance test of the excitation agent was carried out by using the Kenan test method, and the 2 kg plastic film packed excitation agent rolls with diameters of 50 mm and 90 mm were initiated by No. 8 industrial detonator and 150-500 g expanded ammonium nitrate explosives respectively. The test results show that the excitation agent composed of potassium perchlorate, salicylic acid and ammonium oxalate in a certain proportion is explosive, but its detonation sensitivity is very low. It has no detonator initiation sensitivity, and cannot be detonated with the expanded ammonium nitrate explosives. Compared with the granular ammonium fried explosive, it has lower detonation sensitivity and is much safer.
