复杂环境的浅孔控制爆破Shallow hole controlled blasting in complex environment

摘要(Abstract):
针对董家山沟村待爆区域周边靠近民房,民房为砖混结构年久欠修的情况,以及确保爆破后的岩石不能太大,满足铲装的要求,采取了浅孔延时爆破、逐孔起爆技术、钻减振沟和覆盖防护等措施,成功地完成了董家山沟村待爆区域20 000m~3土石方的开挖。爆破过程中有效地控制了爆破振动、飞石等危害,达到了预期的效果,为将来城镇复杂环境爆破作业提供参考。
For the houses close to the blasting area periphery in Dongjiashan village,the houses was brick and concrete structure and many years without repair,and to ensure the blasting rock could not be too large to meet the requirements of shoveling,the shallow hole delay blasting,hole by hole initiation technology,excavation damping ditch,cover protection and other measures were taken,the Dongjiashan village to be blast area 20 000m~3 earth and rock excavation was successfully completed.During the blasting process,the blasting vibration,the flying stone and other hazards were effectively controlled,and the expected effect was achieved,which could provide reference for the complicated environment blasting in the future.
