爆破振动舒适性评价方法与应用

摘要(Abstract):

借助IIR数字滤波器及当前与振动相关的国内外标准,建立了一套爆破振动舒适性的评价方法,并结合青岛LPG地下储库爆破工程投诉案例,对其评价过程与评价结果做了阐述和验证。分析结果表明,此评价方法得到的结论与现实状况基本吻合;同时发现即使是一次较小的、不足以引起居民建筑发生损伤的爆破振动,也可能会引起居民的抱怨、甚至投诉。因此,建议在爆破设计时在保证施工正常、安全的前提下,要兼顾振动舒适性方面的设计。
A set of evaluation methods of blasting vibration comfortableness was established with the help of IIR digital filter and current domestic and foreign standards related with vibration,and the evaluation procedure and result were explained and justified in detail combined with the complaint case of the LPG underground storage blasting in Qingdao.The analytical results indicated that conclusions obtained by this evaluation method agreed with the practical situation basically;meanwhile,it was found that,even if a minor blasting vibration was not able to destroy civil buildings,complaints or even lawsuits of the residents were induced.Therefore,the vibration comfortableness should be considered in the blasting design under the preconditions of normal construction and the safety.
