摘要(Abstract)：

针对民爆行业在信息化建设过程中信息分散、更新速度慢、管理混乱等现象,从各个职能部门原信息系统的基础上,整合现有资源,提出了一个智能化、图形化的实时民爆信息管理平台。讨论了平台的体系结构、网络拓扑结构和安全访问机制,并对实现过程中用到的开发平台及开发语言做了简要介绍,最后总结了该平台带来的经济效益和社会效益。
According to the actual situation of civil explosive industry in the process of information construction,such as scattered information,slow update speed and confused management and so on.Based on the original information system of various functional departments,existing resources was integrated and an intelligent and graphical real-time information management platform for civil explosive industry was put forward.After discussing the architecture,network topology and security access mechanism of the platform,a brief introduction was made about development platform and development language used in the process of implementation.Finally,economic and social benefits were summarized.
