昊达露天煤矿台阶爆破振动影响因素及减振实验

摘要(Abstract):

为了探索复杂环境下大规模深孔台阶爆破振动的传播规律,以内蒙古昊达煤矿尾流土石方工程的爆破振动测试结果为例,利用灰色关联分析方法选取质点振动速度作为爆破振动灰色关联分析的因变量,选取孔深、单孔装药量、最大一段药量、爆心距以及爆破方向作为自变量确定了各影响因素的顺序,并进行了现场减振实验研究。研究结果表明,影响爆破振动各因素中的重要程度为:最大一段药量>单孔药量>爆心距>爆破方向>孔深;采取逐孔起爆、孔内分段爆破技术严格控制单段最大起爆药量,利用开挖减振沟、预裂缝以及调整爆破起爆方向等措施达到综合减振的效果。
In order to explore the propagation law in deep hole control of bench blasting vibration in the complex environment,study the influence factors of tail earth-rock work blasting vibration in Haoda coal mine in Inner Mongolia.The vibration velocity of the particle is selected as the dependent variable of the correlation analysis of blasting vibration and hole depth,single-hole charge,the biggest single charge,blast center distance and blasting direction are used as the independent variables.We finally determine the influence factors of sorting and researched vibration reducing experiment.This study shows that the important degree of various factors effecting the blasting vibration:The biggest single charge>single-hole charge>blast center distance>blasting direction >hole depth.Taking in hole by hole blasting and segmented blasting technology strictly controls single biggest initiation charge.The excavation damping ditch,pre-splitting fissure and adjustment measures such as blasting detonation direction also can be taken to achieve the effect of composite vibration damping.
