海南省嘉积大桥拆除爆破BLASTING DEMOLITION OF THE JIAJI BRIDGE IN HAINAN PROVINCE

摘要(Abstract):
对长达388m的海南省嘉积大桥的粗大钢筋混凝土桥墩实施爆破时,要使桥梁倒塌充分又不落入深水中是该工程的关键。通过采取综合技术措施,对直径达2.5m的重型布筋椭圆形桥墩实施了彻底的爆破,使河滩漫流区及浅水区的桥梁向一侧倾倒;爆后深水区桥梁整体垂直下落降低高度,落在桥墩承台上,避免了主梁折断及悬吊梁错位坠入水中,方便二次机械破碎及清碴。由于爆破方案和爆破参数设计合理、安全防护措施得当,大桥爆破取得圆满成功,为同类工程提供理论依据和经验参考。
Stretching 388m and standing in Hainan Province,the Jiaji Bridge,when subjected to a blasting demolition of its pillar of thick reinforced,required the operation resulted in a complete collapse of the bridge body without falling into deep water area.Through taking integrated considerable technical measures ,the ellipse bridge pier with heavy steel bars of a diameter of 2.5m was completely collapsed by blasting ,which resulted in that the bridge body over the river areas of slow stream and hollow water collapsed towards one single side.After the blasting,the whole bridge body over deep water area fell vertically at a decreased altitude and collapsed on the pillar of the bridge,which avoided the falling into river of main bridge body and its collapsed suspended girder,and furthermore,facilitating secondary mechanical crushing and fragment clearance.The blasting saw a very successful demolition of the bridge owning to the adoption of reasonable blasting scheme,blasting parameters,and rational safety protection measures,and therefore,provided the similar engineering with theoretical basis and consulting experience.
