摘要(Abstract):
在倒塌场地狭小的条件下,采用双向折叠定向爆破的方法成功地拆除了150m高的钢筋混凝土烟囱。文中讨论了上、下爆破切口形状、位置和参数的选择,根据以往对两个120m烟囱倾倒过程图像资料的分析,确定了上、下爆破切口起爆时差。通过设置缓冲层和竹排栅,减小了烟囱触地震动,并控制了飞石和飞溅物。由于所选择的上、下爆破切口起爆时差过长,上段烟囱下坐时间为4 39s。
In the condition of narrow area for collapsing of the chimney,a reinforced concrete chimney with a height of 150meters was successfully demolished by bi-directional folding blasting.In this paper,selection of the shape,position and parameters of upper and down blasting cuts was discussed.Based on analyzing previous image materials about collapsing process of two chimneys with a height of 120 meters,the delayed timing of the down cut relative to the upper cut was determined.By the set-up of buffering dams and bamboo barriers,touchdown vibration of the chimney was reduced,and the flying rocks and spattering substances were under control.Due to overlong delayed timing of the down cut,the down-sitting of the upper chimney section was for 4.39 seconds.
