摘要(Abstract):
级配料开采是水电工程的一个重要内容,能否根据工程的实际情况优化合理的开采爆破参数,对保证工程质量、降低工程成本有重要意义。本文介绍了龙滩大法坪石料场开采爆破参数优化过程及结果,并采用层次分析决策法建立了层次结构模型,通过计算给出了钻孔直径、炸药单耗、装药结构、孔网参数为目标的总排序,最终达到比较理想块度要求。
Stone mining with classified size is one of important working content of hydropower engineering.To determine reasonable parameters of blasting mining through considering the actual circumstance of the quarry is of importance to ensuring the engineering quality and the lowering engineering cost.The present paper discussed in detail the optimization process and results of the blasting parameters used for stone quarrying in Longtan Dafaping quarry.The hierarchy model was built with the use of hierarchy analysis.The overall ordering with the targets of the diameter of drilling hole,explosive unit consumption,charging structure and hole net parameter was calculated out.The blasting resulted in ideal fragment size.
