电子雷管在异型楼房拆除爆破中的应用Application of electronic detonator in demolition blasting of special-shaped buildings

摘要(Abstract):
以异型楼房拆除爆破为例,阐述了在楼房拆除爆破中采用电子雷管要注意每个雷管编号与炮孔和位置的对应关系、雷管延时时间与起爆顺序对应关系及起爆网路组网等有关问题。通过对电子雷管的孔网参数设计、延时时间设计、起爆单元划分、起爆方式及倒塌过程等的研究和爆破效果分析,指出电子雷管能更加精准地实现楼房拆除爆破按照设计要求倒塌,促进楼房拆除爆破向更安全和更环保的方向发展。
Through the example of demolition blasting of a special-shaped building, it is stated that the use of electronic detonators in the demolition blasting of buildings should pay attention to the corresponding relationship between each detonator number and the blasthole and position, the corresponding relationship between the detonator delay time and the detonation sequence, and the detonation network networking. Through the research on the design of the mesh parameters of the electronic detonator, the design of the delay time, the division of the detonating unit, the detonation method and the collapse process, and the analysis of the blasting effect. It is pointed out that the electronic detonator can more accurately realize the collapse of the building demolition according to the design requirements, and promote the development of the building demolition blasting to a safer and more environmentally friendly direction.
