摘要(Abstract)：

在适当条件下，水孔预裂与扇形深孔相配合的爆破技术作为小型港口建设的新型施工工艺，可降低成本、减少投资、加快工期，具有显著的社会效益和经济效益。
The blasting technology of water hole pre-splitting combined with radial longhole used as a new construction technology under suitable conditions may reduce cost,decrease investment,quicken construction time for a project.It is of remarkable social and economical benefits.
