深水区厚淤泥层回填石渣爆破挤淤技术

摘要(Abstract):

为了解决在深水区对厚淤泥层用石渣回填的爆破挤淤工程难题,结合大连北良港西护岸工程,对使用开山石渣回填的爆破挤淤技术开展了研究。在爆破技术上,采取了纵向推进与侧向爆破挤淤相结合的施工工艺,增大爆破挤淤单耗药量,对护岸坡脚进行爆夯加固等一系列技术措施;在爆破施工过程中,每次爆破后对泥下石渣回落情况进行详细探摸,根据石渣回落的实际位置,确定并严格控制回填进尺与药包位置,确保护岸基础泥石置换纵向连续,回填石渣底部完全落在基础持力层上。通过精心设计与施工,取得了较好的经济效益,至今大连北良港西护岸工程验收使用已历时4年,经历了数次强台风的考验,可为类似工程提供参考借鉴。
In order to solve the blasting technology problem for replacing thick silt layer with rock slag in deep water area, the blasting squeezing silt technology of using fragmental rocks is studied in Dalian Beiliang Port West coastal revetment project. In the project, a series of blasting technologies are adopted, such as the combination of longitudinal and lateral advance blasting squeeze silt, increasing the powder factor of blasting and tamping the toe of revetment. In the process of blasting operation the falling position of the rock slag under the mud is explored in detail after each blasting. According to the actual falling position of the rock slag, the backfill footage and charge location are determined and strictly controlled to ensure the longitudinal continuity of mud and rock replacement in the revetment foundation, and the bottom of the backfill rock slag completely fallings on the bearing stratum. Through careful design and construction, the good economic benefits have been achieved. Up to now, the west coastal has been acceptance and used for 4 years. It has been tested by several strong typhoons. Therefore, this blasting technology can be used as a reference for similar projects in the future.
