摘要(Abstract)：

从我国现阶段民爆器材发展总体规划出发 ,分析了我国煤矿许用炸药安全性的现状。阐述了新研制的煤矿许用粉状乳化炸药的配方、生产工艺及性能特点 ,并对其在地下瓦斯煤矿的应用情况进行了总结和分析。检测及试验结果表明 ,这种新型工业炸药具有较好的爆炸性能和安全性能 ,能够满足我国相应瓦斯煤矿的爆破要求。成本分析表明 ,煤矿许用粉状乳化炸药可为生产和应用企业带来明显的经济效益。
From the general program on development of industrial explosive materials in China,present situation on the safety of permitted explosives for colliery in China was analyzed.The formulation,characteristics and preparation technology of the new powdered emulsion explosives permitted for colliery were expounded.Also,its application in underground gassy colliery was summarized.Results of tests show that the new industrial explosives have good explosion and safe performances and can meet the need for blasting in the corresponding gassy colliery in China.The cost analysis indicates that the permitted powdered emulsion explosive can bring a great economic benefit for plants and enterprises in which it is produced or used.
