摘要(Abstract)：

介绍了复杂环境下楼房爆破拆除的技术难点与施工要点;阐述了建筑物单向折叠爆破拆除技术的应用,爆破切口及延时间隔的选择,炸高及爆破参数的确定,以及剪力墙的预拆除;分析了楼房倒塌距离及采取的安全防护措施。
The paper introduced the technical difficulty in blasting demolition of building under the complicated environment and the construction main point.And furthermore,it elaborated the application technology of unidirectional fold demolition in terms of selection of blasting cut and delay interval,the determination of blasting height and blasting parameters and pre-demolition of shearing force wall.The paper also discussed the distance of the building's collapse and the defence measures taken in the blasting.
