摘要(Abstract)：

阐述了折叠爆破和定向爆破拆除鞍钢第二初轧厂办公楼和水塔的设计和施工。首先爆破办公楼 ,为水塔倒塌创造空间和缓冲垫层。文中还介绍了爆破参数的选择、切口尺寸的确定、安全措施等 ,并总结了设计和施工中的经验。
The design and construction of fold and directional blastings for demolition of an office building and water tower in the Second Cogging mill of Anshan Steel and Iron Corp. are expounded. The office building is firstly blasted in order to create a space and buffer layer for water tower collapse. In addition, the selection of blasting parameters, the determination of blasting cut size, safety precautions and the others are introduced, and some experience from the design and construction of demolition blasting are given.
