摘要(Abstract):

针对油井机械防砂在井筒内留有残余物、施工程序复杂、作业成本高和化学防砂存在伤害地层、成功率低、有效期短、成本高等问题,研制开发出将射孔和防砂两个工艺一次施工完成的射孔防砂一体化技术。射孔防砂装置是将射孔弹、防砂材料和助推火药组合而成的特殊装配结构,围绕其安全性形成的一系列配套技术,通过对射孔防砂装置的研制、配套技术的研究以及现场应用,表明该技术设计合理,是一种非常有效的油井射孔防砂方法。
Aiming at the problem that machinery sand control of oil well is left with residue in the wellbore,the construction procedure is complicated,the operation cost is high and chemical sand control is harmful to the formation,the success rate is low,the effective period is short and the cost is high,integration technology of oil well perforation sand control has been developed.Perforation sand control device is a special assembly structure of the combination of perforating projectile,sand control material and propellant.Around its security has formed a series of supporting technology.By the development of perforation sand control device,supporting technology research and field applications,it has been proved that the technique is reasonable in design and it is an effective perforation sand control method in oil wells.
