摘要(Abstract):
洪家渡水电站 2号导流洞进水口岩埂距需保护的闸门仅 9m ,堰外水位高于堰顶 ,岩埂表面及前部存在大量松碴 ,此外拆除岩埂的工期短。在上述困难条件下 ,利用垂直和倾斜的深孔以及微差爆破技术 ,将岩埂一次爆破拆除。本文论述了爆破方案确定、爆破参数选择、起爆网路设计以及爆破安全措施。同时介绍了有关此项工程的经验和体会。
In Hongjiadu Hydropower Station,the rock-dyke at the inlet of No.2 water-diversion tunnel is only 9m away from a lock gate necessary to be protected.The water level outside the cofferdam is higher than the top of the cofferdam.There are a lot of rock residues on surface and front of the rock-dyke.In addition,there is a short time limit for demolition of the rock-dyke.Under above-mentioned difficult conditions,the rock-dyke is demolished by once-through millisecond blasting with vertical and inclined deep-holes.In this paper,the determination of blasting plan,the selection of blasting parameters,the design of firing circuit and safety precautions are expunded.At the same time,the experience and knowledge about this project are introduced.
