摘要(Abstract):
水泥新型干法窑的五级旋风筒由于温度高容易使物料烧结,造成停窑停产。用爆破法清理烧结带具有用时短、劳动强度低、安全、节约成本等优点。在高温、不破坏设备的条件下爆破有一定的特殊性和难度,通过对爆破物的温度测定选用合理的爆破参数及有效的防护等措施,多次分层爆破成功地爆落了烧结物。
Clinker blocking frequently happens in 5-stage cyclone of cement with new dry process kiln at high temperature,and hence,causing the kiln's stop production.Using blasting to remove the blocking has such advantages as safety and maintenance time reducing,work intension lowering,and cost saving etc.,though it is subject to some difficulties and particularities in operation without the damage of the facilities at high temperature.The present paper introduced a successful blasting in blocking removal by multi-layer blasting based on the determination of reasonable blasting parameters,the measurement of the temperature of the object to be blasted and taking effective protection measures.
