复杂环境下高大楼房控制爆破技术

摘要(Abstract):

以复杂环境下一座框架结构楼房爆破为例,介绍了爆点位置的选取、爆破参数及安全防护措施,并对爆点部位的炮孔布置、楼房爆破切口倾角(闭合角)的经验数据、理论计算方法、确保楼房倒塌的判据、楼房后坐范围控制、爆破方案确定、预处理方法、爆破切口要素、立柱的爆破破坏高度、爆破参数和起爆网路等进行了详细描述,楼房的前冲和后坐、爆破振动和爆破飞石得到了较好的控制,爆破取得了良好效果,可为类似楼房拆除爆破提供参考。
Controlled blasting technique for demolishing a high building in complicated surrounding was studied.The selection of blasting point position,blasting parameters and safety protection measures were introduced and the layout of blasting holes,empirical data of inclination angle(closing angle)for the blasting cuts,theoretical calculation methods,criteria for reliable collapse,control of building recoil range,blasting scheme,pretreatment,essential elements of blasting cuts,blasted heights of columns,blasting parameters,and initiation circuit network were described in detail.Results showed that rush-ahead and recoil of the building,blasting vibration and fly rock were controlled well.It could provide useful information for future similar project.
