硐室爆破法处理采空区的应用实践
APPLICATION OF CHAMBER BLASTING TO HANDLING GOAF AREA

摘要(Abstract):

针对跑马坪矿段采空区暴露面积大、高度高和围岩坚硬的特点,在现场岩体结构调查、围岩取样、室内岩石物理力学试验、岩体可崩性分级和岩样可爆性分级、数值分析和数值模拟的基础上,采用工程类比并结合现场实际,提出了采用硐室爆破崩落围岩的方法来处理采空区,共进行了两次爆破,通过爆后效果观察、振动测试和爆破方量测试,振动控制在允许范围之内,采空区的平均充填高度为2220~2260m,形成了40多米厚的缓冲垫层,可以确保下部采矿作业的安全,说明采用硐室爆破处理采空区的方法不仅可行而且有效。
Considering the fact that the goaf of Paomaping block features large naked area,high height and hard wall rock,application of chamber blasting to handling the goaf area was determined based on investigation of rock mass structure,sample taking,indoor rock mechanics test,rock classification and numerical simulation.And twice chamber blasting was performed aiming to handle the goaf,with the vibration being controlled under the permission of blasting safety regulation by blasting vibration test,the average filling height of the goal area ranging from 2220m to 2260m after twice chamber blasting,and forming a 40 m buffer bedding cushion which could guarantee safety mining activity in next stage.It was testified by practice that the way of chamber blasting was feasible and effective in handling goaf area.
