基于有限元法的直列柔性爆破器材性能分析

摘要(Abstract):

CZ-6M为直列柔性装药爆破器材,是俄罗斯部队的特种爆破装备,应用有限元数值计算方法,对其进行了破坏能力分析。数值计算结果表明,CZ-6M爆破器材的实际爆破能力满足其标定的爆破能力。根据装药与目标接触面的特点,提出了采用长方形截面柔性直列装药的建议。数值计算分析结果表明,同等装药量下,正方形截面直列装药对目标的毁伤效果明显好于圆形截面。
CZ-6Mis a kind of flexible explosive materials with linear charge and it has been equiped by Russian army as special blasting equipment.The damage effects have been analyzed by using finite element numerical calculation method.The results showed that the actual damage capacity of CZ-6M was in accord with its marked capacity.According to the features of charge and the target interface,the advice of square section was put forward.The results of numerical simulation showed that the damage capability of linear charge explosive material with square section was higher than circular section one.
