延中高架第一炮──复杂环境中的五层框架楼房爆破拆除

摘要(Abstract):

在交通繁忙、环境复杂的延安路上爆破拆除了21.5m高的五层钢筋混凝土框架结构厂房。针对要重点保护的3.5m处的高压电杆、6m处的变电站和7m处的高层建筑,采用了叠合式原地塌落、逐层解体的方式控爆拆除,获得了圆满成功。本文介绍了叠合式原地塌落方式的构想、设计、安全技术措施及爆破效果分析,阐述了特别复杂环境中多层框架结构控爆拆除的成功经验。
A 5/7-storeyed reinforced concrete frame building (21.sin height) is demolished by controlled blasting in very complicated surroundingS on Yanan Road, Shanghai.In order to protect high voltage cable poles, a transformer station, a high building near this building, a special demolishing methods of vertical collapse is successfully used. In this paper, the conception, design, safe measures and effeCt analysis of the vertical collapse method are introduced in detail.
