白云水电站大坝导流洞临时堵塞爆破

摘要(Abstract):

针对临时堵塞内部结构不明的复杂情况,为确保在36m深水压作用下的施工安全,采用了循环开挖导坑、分部实施爆破的方法,应用水平多级楔形与垂直楔形组合掏槽技术对临时堵塞进行了拆除,达到了预期的效果。导坑的开挖为临时堵塞的爆破增加了临空自由面,并提供了足够的补偿空间,为堵塞一次爆通成型创造了良好条件。工程实践证明,导坑开挖与楔形组合掏槽设计可为类似工程设计提供参考。
For unknown complicated situation in temporary internal plugging structure,in order to ensure the construction safety under 36 mdeep water pressure,the method of cycle excavation blasting in pilot tunnel and division implementation blasting was applied.The level multistage wedge combined with vertical wedge cutting technique was used in temporary plugging removal and it achieved the desired effect.Pilot tunnel excavation blasting increased free surface for temporary plugging and provided enough space for favorable conditions of blasting once completely.Engineering practice proved that the pilot tunnel excavation combined with wedge cut design could provide a reference for similar engineering designs.
