复杂环境下爆破挤淤筑堤技术应用研究Research on blasting compaction embankment technology in complex environment

摘要(Abstract):
在状元岙港区化工码头防波堤围堤工程中,针对复杂环境下爆破挤淤筑堤施工中存在堤身偏心,持力层是斜面,淤泥的出路等问题以及大药量爆破对周边环境的危害,提出了合理的爆破方案,即筑堤方式的选择、抛填参数、爆破参数以及起爆网路设计等。爆破质量检测结果表明,钻孔检测结果与物探测试结果基本吻合,爆破挤淤筑堤取得了良好的工程效果。
In the chemical wharf breakwater embankment project of Zhuangyuanao port area,the problems of embankment construction by blasting compaction method in complex environment,such as the dyke eccentricity,the bearing layer inclined plane,silt outlet and large charge blasting harm to the surrounding environment were researched.A reasonable blasting plan including reasonable diking method,throw and fill parameters,blasting parameters and network design was proposed.The results of blasting quality detection showed that the results of hole-drilling and physical exploration method were almost the same.An excellent engineering effect was achieved by the blasting compaction method.
