摘要(Abstract):
为控制水电站新浇混凝土爆破振动安全,基于老挝南公1水电站,在溢洪道二、三级消力池爆破开挖时,对闸室段新浇混凝土进行多次爆破振动监测。结果表明溢洪道内爆破振动传播满足指数衰减规律。最后提出相适应的新浇混凝土爆破安全控制标准,采取控制单响药量、施工顺序等有效爆破控制方法,可确保新浇混凝土爆破振动安全性,从而保证工程施工质量。
In order to control the safety of the presh concrete under blast loading in a hydropower station, based on the Nam Kung 1 Hydropower Station in Laos, the blasting vibration monitoring of the fresh concrete in the gate chamber section was carried out during the excavation of the second and third-stage stilling ponds in the spillway. The results show that the propagation of blasting vibration satisfies the exponential decay. Finally, a suitable blasting safety control standard for the newly produced concrete is proposed. Effective blasting control methods such as the control of single explosive charge and construction sequence can be adopted to ensure the safety of the presh concrete under blasting vibration, so as to ensure the quality of project construction.
