台阶爆破垂直中深孔间隔装药技术的理论分析与应用

摘要(Abstract):

炮孔装药结构是影响台阶中深孔爆破效果与技术经济指标的一个重要因素。本文基于压缩应力波和准静态气体压力共同作用理论,分别对露天矿垂直中深孔爆破孔底间隔、分段装药和径向不偶合装药三种间隔装药结构的爆破作用原理进行了基本分析和讨论,同时根据在水厂铁矿进行的工业应用试验及其结果,提出了应用间隔装药技术的基本原则,为此项技术在爆破生产中进一步推广应用提供了较为可靠的参考依据。
The structure of explosive charges in blastholes has a great influence onfragmentation and on cost of a bench blasting. Based on the theory of combined action of shock wave and quasi-static gas pressure, this paper gives a theoretical analysis uponfragmentation mechanism of decked or decoupled charges in vertical blast holes of benchblasting. General principles and procedures for application of decked charges in Shuichang Open Pit Mine are proposed, which provide more reliable basis for further application of these charging methods in production blasting.
