摘要(Abstract):

为解决山东华金热电厂改扩建工程中废弃的100 m高钢混烟囱安全爆破问题,综合考虑四周厂房众多、倒塌区域有限、烟囱底部结构复杂且沿设计倒塌中心线不对称等情况,借用烟囱原有检修门洞设计对称卸荷槽、采用水钻取芯密孔切割工艺精准开设定向窗、电子雷管0 ms延时同段起爆,在倒塌方向铺设多道缓冲堤并覆盖草垫和毛毡布等柔性材料,实现了烟囱的安全倒塌,实际着地中心线同设计的倒塌中心线偏差仅3°左右,达到了预期的爆破效果,可为同类爆破工程提供参考和借鉴。
In order to ensure the safe demolition of the abandoned 100 m high steel chimney in the renovation and expansion project of Shandong Huajin Thermal Power Plant, we took into consideration the many surrounding plants, the limited collapse area, the complex structure of the bottom of the chimney and the asymmetry along the designed collapse centerline. A solution is put forward by using the original maintenance doorway of the chimney to design a symmetrical unloading slot, opening a directional window using a water drilling core cutting process for precision, using a zero-delay simultaneous electronic detonator, laying multiple buffer dikes in the collapse direction, and covering flexible materials such as straw mats and felt cloth. The solution has achieved the safe demolition of the chimney. The actual centerline deviation from the designed centerline is only about 3°, which has achieved the expected demolition effect and can be used as a reference for similar demolition projects.
