摘要(Abstract):
为了研究不同当量比时丙烷—空气混合气火焰的微观结构、加速传播过程,利用高速纹影等技术对火焰传播过程进行了拍摄,对不同当量比条件下的火焰传播规律进行分析及对比,特别地分析了预混火焰中形成的特殊火焰结构——Tulip的形成过程。研究结果表明,在富燃情况下,火焰传播特性明显受点火能量的影响,浮力也会改变火焰传播过程。当浮力降低且火焰半径增长速率急速下降时,Tulip火焰结构开始形成。
High-speed schlieren photograph system is adopted to study the microstructure and accelerated propagation of propane-air mixture in a spherical tank. The characteristics of flame propagation under different conditions are compared, and especially the formation process and characteristics of Tulip's flame structure formed in premixed flame are analyzed. The results show that in the case of fuel-rich, the ignition energy has a great influence on the flame propagation and the flame is affected by the buoyancy during the propagation. The Tulip flame structure is formed when the buoyancy propagation velocity reduces and the flame radius growth rate decreases rapidly.
