摘要(Abstract)：

针对莱钢厂区内石方爆破开挖,研发了"莱钢厂区复杂环境1600万m3石方深孔控制爆破安全快速施工综合技术"。所谓"复杂环境",系指生产车间内、高压线下和建筑物旁。本文介绍了炼钢车间内石方深孔控制爆破,重点阐述了如何有效地控制爆破振动,有效地将爆破个别飞石和爆破冲击波控制在安全范围内,以及所采取的相应技术措施和爆破效果。
A fast integrated safety operational technology was developed and applied to 16 million cubic meters stonework in deep hole controlled blasting in the complicated environment of Laigang plant.The so-called complicated environment referred to the blasting being carried out in workshop,under high voltage line and close to buildings.The paper introduced the deep-hole controlled blasting and focused on the technology of effectively controlling the blasting vibration,the corresponding blasting effects and technical measures of effectively controlling the fly-rock and blasting shock wave in safe range.
