大型钢筋混凝土筏板拆除爆破的参数优化

摘要(Abstract):

为控制爆破振动和爆破飞石,取得良好的爆破效果,基于HHT对爆破振速进行变换得到瞬时能量谱及钢筋混凝土移动方向综合分析爆破效果,并将通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件得到的模拟爆破效果与实际爆破效果对比,从而实现了对复杂环境下大型钢筋混凝土筏板基础爆破参数的优化。结果表明:孔间延时39/31 ms,排间延时101 ms, V型起爆的方案更合理。参数的优化方法和选取可为同类工程提供借鉴和参考。
In order to control blasting vibration and flying stones, and to achieve optimal blast effect, the HHT was applied to obtain the instantaneous energy spectrum of the blasting vibration velocity and the moving direction of reinforced concrete was introduced to analyze the blast effect. The simulated blast effect obtained by ANSYS/LS-DYNA was compared with the actual blast effect so as to optimize the blast parameters of a large reinforced concrete raft foundation in a complex environment. The results show that the scheme of V-shaped detonation with 39/31 ms delay between holes and 101 ms delay between rows is more reasonable. The optimization method and parameters selection can provide reference for similar projects.
