简化爆破切口法快速拆除高62m的冷却塔

摘要(Abstract):

根据国内外爆破拆除冷却塔的经验,对一座高62m的冷却塔采取了简化的爆破切口,切口高度仅为4.6m,而且只取在人字支柱上,仅用240个炮孔、9.6kg的炸药就成功快速地爆破拆除了冷却塔,减少了炮孔数量、炸药量和施工工期。在不影响安全的前提下,对冷却塔的内部顶柱、11对人字支柱等结构进行了预拆除,以保证冷却塔的顺利倒塌和形成良好的破碎块度。
According to the previous experience in blasting demolition of cooling tower around the world, the blasting cuts were simplified in the demolition of a 62m high cooling tower. In the demolition,the height of blasting cuts which were set on the lambdoid pillars was merely 4.6 meters. And as a result,the demolition completed in very short time and reached its anticipated results only by using 240 blasting holes and 9.6 kilogram dynamite,saving much of the borehole's quantity and explosive input. In order to ensure the cooling tower's smooth collapse and to leave favorable blasting fragmentation,the inner pillars and the 11 pairs of lambdoid pillars of the cooling tower were demolished in advance.
