平面分集多级抛松路堑硐室控制爆破

摘要(Abstract):

本文主要从路基成型、高边坡稳定、综合减震等方面,对较大装药量的硐室爆破在高速公路路基开挖中的应用作了较为深入的探索。提出了平面分集、多级抛松硐室控制爆破的设计方法,所采用的技术措施可有效减缓装药对边坡的冲击损伤作用,具有路基成型好、药量分布均匀、岩石破碎块度均匀及爆破震动效应小等特点。在公路、铁路,特别是宽路基开挖中具有较高的推广应用价值。
Authors of this paper thoroughly investigated and studied,from the angle of roadbed blasting formation, the stability of higher slopes and comprehensive shock absorption, the chamber blasting of large charge for roadbed excavation of expressway and its use also is proposed a new design method of plane separated charge and multiple throwing-loosening in con-trolled cutting chamber blasting,The technical measures adopted could great-ly reduce the shock damage to rock slopes and result in very good road-bed formation,even charge distribution and rock fragmentation with small shock effect,It is very useful and valuable to highway, railway,espe-cially Wide roadbed excavation.
