摘要(Abstract):
120m钢筋混凝土烟囱组拆除是国内高耸构筑物中非常典型的拆除案例。本组烟囱由于环境复杂、整体性好、布筋较密,其爆破切口高度H和切口圆心角α分别取H=2.4m,α=218°220°。爆破切口形状采用正梯形,将排烟道处理后形成的孔洞作为定向孔,定位孔采用复合角形式,底部夹角分别为28°和56°。爆破参数科学合理,烟囱组倒塌方向和振动控制均非常理想。
It is a typical case that demolating 120 meters chimneys in China.With the complex environment,integral construction and dense rebars,the blasting cut height was designed as H=2.4mand the central angle of blasting cutα=218°220°。爆破切口形状采用正梯形,将排烟道处理后形成的孔洞作为定向孔,定位孔采用复合角形式,底部夹角分别为28°和56°。爆破参数科学合理,烟囱组倒塌方向和振动控制均非常理想。
It is a typical case that demolating 120 meters chimneys in China.With the complex environment,integral construction and dense rebars,the blasting cut height was designed as H=2.4mand the central angle of blasting cutα=218°220°.The shape of blasting cut is regular trapezoid.The flue is used as directional hole after being discharged.The compound angle is adopted in location hole and the bottom angles are 28°and 56°.The parameters designed for the blasting was scientific and reasonable,collapse direction and vibration control of the chimneys were ideal.
