摘要(Abstract):

为了安全、顺利地拆除复杂环境下的高耸烟囱,采用根部开设正梯形爆破切口的定向控制爆破技术予以拆除。在分析烟囱高度、结构尺寸等特点的基础上,设计了爆破切口参数,同时采用导爆管雷管组成的分段延时起爆网路,并采取在倒塌方向上砌筑多道减振土堤、铺设柔性缓冲层、开挖减振沟等安全措施来减小爆破振动。结果表明:爆破振动未对周边保护目标造成影响,此次拆除爆破工作安全、可靠,达到预期目的,可为类似工程提供参考。
In order to remove the towering chimney in a complex environment safely and smoothly, this blasting is carried out by the directional control blasting technology with a positive trapezoidal blasting gap opened at the root. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of chimney height and structure size, the parameters of blasting cut are designed. At the same time, the detonator is used to form a staged delay initiation network. In the direction of collapse, the safety measures such as building multiple anti vibration earth dikes, laying flexible buffer layer and excavating anti vibration ditch are taken to reduce the blasting vibration. The results show that the blasting vibration has no impact on the surrounding protection targets, and the demolition blasting work is safe and reliable, which has achieved the expected purpose and provide a reference for similar projects.
