摘要(Abstract)：

歪头山露天铁矿建成的微机控制连续化炸药生产线能年产 10 0 0 0t、5个不同品种的乳化炸药。试验和检测表明 ,由该生产线生产的不同品种的炸药 ,其性能指标均符合国家技术标准 ,满足了该矿对水孔爆破、起爆药包、根底爆破及二次破碎的要求。矿山的爆破实践证明 ,使用这些品种的炸药 ,取得了良好的爆破效果 ,降低了炸药消耗及爆破成本 ,同时提高了水孔爆破的质量。
The computer-controlled continuous explosive production line set up in Waitoushan Iron Open-pit Mine can produce yearly 10000 tons of emulsion explosive including five products.The testing and detecting indicate that the performances of these explosives produced by the line are in accord with the state standard of technology and meet the requirement of the mine to water-hole blasting,primer charge,toe-rock blasting and secondary blasting.The practice of mine blasting shows that a good blasting result is gained,the explosive consumption and blasting cost are lowered and the quality of water-hole blasting is improved due to the use of these explosives.
