不同装药结构对孔壁压力影响的分析

摘要(Abstract):

在某些假设条件下,运用爆轰气体动力学理论与应力波理论,推导出间隔装药和连续装药结构时孔壁所受压力的表达式。比较表明,间隔装药爆炸时作用在孔壁上的初始压力是连续装药爆炸时的1/8。实际爆破试验证明,缓冲孔采用间隔装药时,台阶坡面的裂隙率为0 30%~3 33%,而采用连续装药时,裂隙率为2 40%~3 85%。这说明,间隔装药结构可减小炮孔周围岩石的破坏范围,从而有利于边坡的完整和稳定。
With some assumptions,the formulae for detonation pressure o n hole wall when using decked and c ontinuous charges are derived on t he base of explosive gas dynamics and stress wave theory It is shown through the comparison that the in itial detonation pressure on hole wall when using decked charge is o ne eighth of that when using conti nuous charge Practical blasting te sts has proven that the fissure ra te to bench slope is 0 30%~3 33% w hen using decked charge and 2 40%~ 3 85% when using continuous charge This indicates that use of decked charge can reduce the scope of cou ntry rock damage,thus being favora ble for integrity and stability of a slope
