浅埋隧道孔内外对称起爆控爆技术研究Study on controlled blasting technology of symmetrical initiation inside and outside of shallow tunnel

摘要(Abstract):
为了适应城市密集建筑物下浅埋隧道爆破对振动的高安全要求,设计了一种基于孔内外对称分布的延时控爆技术。以大连恒隆广场地下通道的施工为背景,利用导爆管雷管延时特征,对掌子面进行孔内外对称分布,预留核心土和拱顶非爆层,对测得的振动速度进行傅里叶分析。结果表明,3个时域有振动图谱,持续800 ms,从地面测得的振动合速度为4.846 cm/s,振动主频为47 Hz,设计的孔内外对称分布延时控爆方法可以提升主频范围,降低对周围建筑物的影响;发明的孔内外对称分布延时控爆方法,可以利用导爆管雷管的毫秒延时功能合理控制延时时间,使得3段信号的振动特性相近,降低振动效应显著。本方法可以为城市浅埋隧道爆破提供一种借鉴模式。
In order to meet the requirements of high-safety blasting vibration of shallow tunnel in the city of high-density structure, a delay controlled blasting technology of symmetrical inside and outside of shallow tunnel was designed. Taking the construction of Dalian Henglong Square underground passage as the background, using the delay characteristics of nonel detonator, the tunnel face is symmetrically distributed inside and outside the hole, and the core soil and non-blasting layer on the vault are reserved. The measured vibration velocity is analyzed by Fourier transform. The results show that there are vibration spectra in three-time domain, lasting for 800 ms, the combined velocity of vibration measured from the ground is 4.846 cm/s, and the main frequency of vibration is 47 Hz. The designed millisecond-controlled blasting method with symmetrical distribution inside and outside the hole can improve the main frequency range and reduce the impact on the surrounding buildings. The symmetrical distribution delay control blasting method inside and outside the hole is invented. By using the millisecond delay function of nonel detonator can control the reasonable millisecond time. The vibration characteristics of the three sections of signals are similar and the vibration effect is significantly reduced. This method can provide a reference mode for the city shallow tunnel blasting.
