基于光面爆破原理的隧道中心沟槽爆破方法Tunnel central trench blasting method based on smooth blasting principles

摘要(Abstract):
为了解决隧道中心沟槽爆破中往往存在超挖量大、开挖成型质量差等问题,以国家“十三五”重点工程——赣深高铁龙南隧道为工程背景,针对隧道中心沟槽爆破开挖存在的问题,在参考现有沟槽爆破设计的基础上,提出一种基于光面爆破原理的隧道中心沟槽爆破方法。并采用数值模拟与现场试验手段对其进行检验验证。研究结果表明,采用提出的隧道中心沟槽爆破方法,沟槽爆破开挖宽度方向总超挖量减少了60 cm左右,炸药单耗由之前的1.03 kg/m~3降低到0.76 kg/m~3,沟槽总体成型质量较好,取得了良好的应用效果。
In order to solve the problems such as large amounts of over excavation and poor excavation molding quality in the blasting of the tunnel center trench, taking the Longnan tunnel of Jiangxi-Shenzhen high-speed railway formulated in the 13 th Five-Year Plan in China as engineering background, a blasting method for tunnel central trench excavation based on smooth blasting principles is proposed referring to the existing trench blasting design to solve excavation problems in tunnel central trench blasting. The blasting effects of the proposed method is verified by numerical simulation and field tests. The results show that the amount of over excavation along the width of trench is reduced by about 60 cm, the powder factor is reduced from 1.03 kg/m~3 to 0.76 kg/m~3, and the tunnel central trench shapes well, which achieves a good application effect.
