发泡剂及促泡剂对乳化炸药爆速的影响

摘要(Abstract):

为了研究发泡剂和促泡剂含量对乳化炸药发泡速度和爆速的影响,对不同含量下发泡剂和促泡剂进行了密度测量和爆速实验。结果表明:在相同含量促泡剂和相同发泡时间下,乳化炸药爆速随着发泡剂含量的减小而减小,发泡速度同样减小;在发泡剂含量相同时,随着发泡时间的不同,促泡剂的含量对乳化炸药爆速及发泡速度的影响不同。当促泡剂含量在一定范围内,发泡时间不充足时,乳化炸药爆速随促泡剂含量增加而增加,发泡速度也增加;当发泡时间充足时,乳化炸药爆速不随促泡剂含量的变化而变化。当促泡剂含量超过一定范围时,乳化炸药爆速不随促泡剂含量的变化而变化,发泡速度同样没变化。
In order to study the influence of the content of foaming agent and foaming accelerator on the foaming velocity and detonation velocity of emulsion explosives,the density and detonation velocity experiments are carried out on different content of foaming agent and foaming accelerator.The results show that the detonation velocity of emulsion explosive decreases with the decreasing of foaming agent content at the same content of foaming agent and the same foaming time,and foaming speed also decreasing.When the foaming agent content is the same,with the same different foaming time,the content of foaming accelerator has different effects on the detonation velocity and foaming speed of emulsion explosives.When the foaming accelerator content is within a certain range and the foaming time is not sufficient,the detonation velocity of the emulsion explosive increases with the content increasing of the foaming accelerator,and the foaming agent speed also increasing.When the foaming time is sufficient,the detonation velocity of the emulsion explosive does not increase with the foaming agent content changing.When the foaming accelerator content exceeds a certain range,the detonation velocity of the emulsion explosive does not change with the change of the foaming accelerator content,and the foaming speed does not change.
