既有铁路线石方控制爆破开挖施工的安全技术

摘要(Abstract):

集通铁路庙梁段既有铁路线扩建工程需要进行爆破开挖作业。为了安全高效的完成既有铁路线石方控制爆破工作,穿爆方面通过开挖多个横向爆破工作面的方法,改变岩体爆破时的最小抵抗线方向,同时控制装药量并选择合理的延时时间,严格控制了爆破岩体和飞石的移动方向;防护方面采用一种严密的新型防护排架,高效的完成了飞石防护工作;组织安全方面制定了严格的安全生产管理制度,专人协调管理,实现了多区段穿爆与挖运的平行作业。爆破效果表明,本工程中采用的安全技术措施确保了既有铁路线的安全运行,对类似既有铁路线石方控制爆破工作可提供参考。
The blasting excavation was needed in the extension project of existing Miaoliang railway of Jitong.In order to complete rock controlled blasting closed to existing railways safely and efficiently,a method of multiple transverse blasting working faces excavation was used in terms of drilling and blasting.The direction of the minimum resistance line was changed in rock mass blasting,and the weight of explosive was controlled and a reasonable delay time was selected.The moving direction of the blasting rocks and the fly rocks were controlled strictly.In terms of protection,a new type of strict protective frame was adopted.The protection work of fly rocks was completed efficiently.As for organization security,safety production management system was made and specialist management was arranged.The parallel operation of multi-section drilling and blasting and digging was realized.Blasting effect showed that the safety technical measures used in this project ensured safe operation of existing railway.The practice could provide a reference for blasting of rock closed to existing railways of similar blasting projects.
