高炉残铁爆破法劈裂破坏试验研究EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON SPLITTING FURNACE SLAG BY BLASTING

摘要(Abstract):
炉底残铁的清除是高炉大修的一个重要环节,直接影响到企业的生产效率。本文应用应力波理论对固态介质中孔间劈裂爆破成缝的基本机理进行了定性分析,提出了应力波遇孔壁产生的拉伸应力集中是导致孔间劈裂的主要因素的观点;初步确定了残铁劈裂爆破技术参数的设计方法。采用RDX环氧树脂混合炸药和炮孔不耦合装药进行高炉残铁模拟劈裂爆破试验,半壁孔率达90%以上,说明采用劈裂爆破的方法清除高炉残铁,能够在保证爆破效果和安全的前提下最大限度地缩短残铁清除工期,提高企业生产效率。
Affecting directly the efficiency of furnace production,furnace slag demolition becomes one of the key procedures in furnace maintenance practice.Mechanism of splitting by hole blasting in solid medium is analyzed with stress wave theory,assuming that stress concentration at hole wall from propagation of stress waves is responsible for initiation and propagation of the fracturing process along neighboring bore-holes.Methods for selecting technical parameters of splitting by hole blasting in furnace slag demolition are also proposed.A model test using the explosive mixed with RDX and epoxy resin loaded in the way of decoupled charging is conducted in cast iron.The half-hole wall percentage stands up to 90%,showing that splitting by hole blasting can applied to slag demolition.The conclusion can be drawn that the technique of splitting by hole blasting to demolish the furnace slag can reduce the slag demolition time to a minimized level with ensured safety and anticipated result,and hence,enhancing the production efficiency.
