浅谈降低深孔梯段爆破大块率的措施PRELIMINARY DISCUSSION ON REDUCTION FREQUENCY OF BOULDER OCCURRENCE IN DEEP HOLE BENCH BLASTING

摘要(Abstract):
面板堆石坝是当今世界发展的主要坝型之一。为节省投资,近年来利用枢纽建筑物的开挖弃料进行坝体石碴填筑,因此对控制爆破产出的石碴级配料、尤其是大块率提出严格要求。通过西大洋水库正常溢洪道深孔梯段爆破的大量工程实践,从施工工艺、爆破参数、工程地质等方面分析了爆破试验大块率偏高的原因,并提出了降低大块率的具体措施。实践证明,只要采取行之有效的技术措施,完全可以控制大块率。
The kneading board rock-fill dam is now one of the predominant dams in the world.For saving investment,the abandoned material from excavation of hinge buildings was used for dam reclamation in recent years,and therefore,the requirements for the produced ballast from controlled blasting are upgraded in terms of the fragment size,especially for the frequency of boulder occurrence.Based on the practice in the project of conducting the deep hole bench blasting of the Xidayang reservoir normal spillway,the paper,in view of construction processes,blasting parameters,engineering geology,analyzed the reason for a high level frequency of boulder occurrence in blasting test,and proposed some concrete measures of reducing the boulder frequency.The practice proved that the high level frequency of boulder occurrence could be perfectly controlled as long as effective technical measures are taken.
