矿石质量分析与爆破参数优化
ORE QUALITY ANALYSIS AND BLASTING PARAMETER OPTIMIZATION

摘要(Abstract):

对于储量大、品位低的露天金矿要达到稳产高产的经济目标,必须保证最低入选品位。本文就如何确保矿石质量、防止损失贫化,采用数理统计的方法进行质量控制。同时根据采场矿岩性质及设备型号,对采场台阶高度、底盘抵抗线、布孔方式、炸药单耗等爆破参数进行了探索和优化,显著地改善了爆破效果,损失贫化得到有效的控制,经济效益逐年提高。
Gold mine of low grade with abundant reserves,when open mined,must promise a economical feeding content of gold so as to promise a stable and high capacity production.The present paper was about the quality control in terms of how to ensure the ore quality and avoid ore loss and leaning,which were realized by adopting the method of mathematical statistics.And meanwhile,it explored and optimized the blasting parameters such as the bench height,bench bottom burden,borehole pattern and unit explosive based on the rock nature and the types of mining facilities.Dramatically improved Blasting effect was achieved in terms of the efficient control of the ore loss and leaning,promising a year on year increasing economical benefit.
